Shipping policy
Spinning Carousel Company is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. If your tracking shows "delivered" but isn't in your mailbox, we recommend checking with your neighbors to see if it was delivered to them by accident. Next, check with your local post office for more information. If the package still seems to be missing, we recommend filing a claim with USPS as all Spinning Carousel Company packages include insurance through the delivery service.
If you are filing a claim, you can go here! You'll need to create a USPS account with your email, but from there, all you'll need is your tracking number.
Spinning Carousel Company is not responsible for a package's delayed delivery. Once an order has been fulfilled and dropped off to the shipping carrier, Spinning Carousel Company is no longer responsible for shipping delays, transit times, or delivery logistics. We are always happy to assist customers with tracking updates through the shipping label, but delivery dates provided at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are unable to issue refunds or reimbursements for delayed deliveries, including any upgraded or expedited shipping services selected by the customer, once the package has been accepted by the carrier.
Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–3 business days of receipt. Orders are not processed or shipped from Friday, 12 pm EST through Sunday, or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If your shipment experiences a significant delay, we will contact you via email.
While Spinning Carousel Company offers FREE Ground Shipping within the United States to orders of $20 or more. If a customer decides to upgrade to Priority or Priority Express Shipping, it will be at the cost of the customer and pricing is provided by USPS based on shipping address. We also provide shipping upgrades through UPS and FedEx for those in need of a package quickly.
Note: The time frame currently quoted for USPS shipping is not accurate and is based on Shopify. In our experience, these are the time frames you can expect for the shipping windows:
USPS Ground: 2-3 weeks
USPS Priority: Up to 7 business days
If you need a package is sooner than 7 business days, we recommend selecting:
UPS Ground: 2-5 business Days
FedEx Home Delivery: 1-5 business days
UPS 3 Day Select: Guaranteed in 3 business days within the 48 contiguous United States
FedEx Express Saver: Guaranteed in 3 business days
FedEx 2Day: Guaranteed in 2 business days
UPS Next Day Air: Guaranteed by the next business day AFTER drop off
FedEx Priority Overnight: Guaranteed by next business day by noon AFTER drop off
Shipping Solutions for International Shoppers
Spinning Carousel Company only offers shipping within the United States at this time, so if you are looking to shop us Internationally, we recommend:
- Shipping your order to a United States address through a 3rd party mail forwarding service.
- Shipping your package directly to a Disney Resort Hotel if you have an upcoming Disney Vacation. You can contact your hotel to ask for help in formatting your shipping address for the hotel delivery!
Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. We recommend placing your order with an email address you use most often because that will be where you'll receive your shipping confirmation and tracking.
It is important to remember that once an order is fulfilled by us and dropped off the USPS, we have NO CONTROL over USPS logistics! We have the same tracking information as you.
Damages
Spinning Carousel Company is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please file a claim with USPS. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Incorrect Shipping Address & Refused Delivery
We make every attempt to validate the shipping address provided at checkout to ensure it’s recognized as a valid address by the USPS. If we cannot validate the address, we will try to contact the customer to provide an updated address. If we cannot update the address, the order will not be shipped.
Spinning Carousel Company will not be held responsible if the customer provides the wrong shipping address and we cannot recover the package.
If you realize your address on your order is incorrect, we recommend contacting us immediately for an address change. Best form of contact is our email address -- hello@spinningcarousel.com. Once your package is fulfilled and shipped, the order address cannot be updated. Customers are welcome to reach out to their shipping carrier directly to try to Intercept the package! Both UPS and USPS offer a service option for this.
