Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Due to the nature of the product, earrings are not eligible for a return. 

If your return is accepted, you will be responsible for purchasing a label to ship your items back. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Once we receive your return, it will be inspected. If accepted, you'll receive a gift card to our site for the amount of the purchase via email.

OUR ADDRESS IS A PO BOX, SO WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND SHIPPING YOUR RETURN THROUGH USPS! Other carriers like UPS don't deliver to P.O. boxes, so you may end up having your return shipped back to you if you use a different form of transit.

Preorder Purchases

Preorders are ineligible for cancellation due to the nature of the purchase. If you request a cancellation on a preorder item before it's been shipped out or fulfilled, you will receive a gift card to our website for the purchase amount issued to the email address on file for your order. 

Mystery Packs

Mystery Packs are ineligible for cancellation or refunds due to the nature of the purchase. By purchasing a Mystery Pack you are agreeing to accept whatever product is shipped to you because it an item randomly selected from our inventory.

Promotions, Discounts, & Freebies

Customers who wish to be eligible for day-of deals, discount codes, and freebies must place their order by 11:59 PM EST. Orders placed after 11:59 PM EST will be considered next day orders and will not include extras that were time sensitive.

Bundles and limited edition designs are never eligible for discount codes due to the nature of these products.

 

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

You will be asked for pictures or videos of the product to help us assess the damage. If your damage was caused by USPS, you'll need to file a claim through the insured label on your package for a damaged package. You can file your claim here!

Upon delivery, customer acceptance signifies the product is free from transit damage. Our liability for product damage is limited to defects present within the first seven (7) days of delivery. Any damage, misuse, or wear-and-tear reported after this 7-day window is considered the responsibility of the customer, not the manufacturer or seller.


Exceptions / non-returnable items 
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, digital products, or gift cards. Once a digital product has been delivered via email, there will be no returns or refunds due to the nature of the product.


Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Like on returns, customers are responsible for their shipping label to return their item to be exchanged. We highly recommend shipping back your item through USPS as we are a PO Box. Also, it will benefit you to send us your item's tracking number so we will know when it arrives at our PO Box.


European Union 14 day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded a gift card to our website for your purchase amount within 10 days via the email address on file.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at hello@spinningcarousel.com.

Refunds requested by customers before order fulfillment will be subject to a $5 refund processing fee. If you need to change your shipping address, name, or other information on the order, we recommend contacting us at hello@spinningcarousel.com to make those adjustments.
